The whole school enjoyed a great day yesterday raising money for Comic Relief!
Thank you to all our amazing bakers in Class 3 and 4 who pulled out all the stops with their wonderful cakes and cookies and to everyone who entered our ‘Design an Apron Competition’! Our four very worthy winners walked away with tasty chocolate eggs!
Pupils and staff came dressed up in a range of baking-inspired outfits and accessories. These included salt and pepper pots; A Parisian chef; Ratatouille; and a number of cup-cakes!
During assembly, we had a performance from our talented ‘Comic Relief Day Dancers’ and found out a little more about how our donations will help others both in the UK and across the world. We have raised almost £300 again this year and are very grateful to everyone who supported our day – A big Comic Relief thank you from us all!
